Refund policy

We offer a 14 days returns and cancellations policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will gladly adjust or exchange an item if you find you have accidentally ordered incorrectly.

When returning items, please ensure that they are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified or adjusted since purchase. We do not take returns on personalised items.

If an item does not comply with our returns policy it will not be accepted back.
